About the role

  • Lead qualification: Daily conversations with interested leads — you identify who has real potential and who doesn't.
  • Conducting initial calls: You run structured pre-sales conversations, assess motivation and fit — and prepare the lead specifically for the closer.
  • Scheduling & show-up optimization: You coordinate sales appointments with the closer team and ensure top show-up rates.
  • CRM & process ownership: You accurately document all conversations in HubSpot, meet KPIs, and contribute ideas to improve the funnel.

Requirements

  • You're ambitious, resilient and eager to launch a strong career in sales.
  • You have some sales experience or are naturally strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You work in a disciplined, reliable and focused way — independent of daily mood.
  • You're willing to take responsibility, accept feedback, and continuously work on your development.
  • You are not looking for a part-time position.
