About the role
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services with Python.
- Use frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask to create maintainable and secure APIs.
- Integrate LLM models and other GenAI tools into AI-powered solutions such as AI workflows and AI Agents.
- Experiment with and integrate modern AI-powered developer tools to boost efficiency and code quality.
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, QAs, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Actively explore new technologies and bring fresh ideas into the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development (3+ years with Python).
- Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Focus on writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Passion for exploring new technologies and applying them in real-world projects.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- Bonus: Experience with AI-driven developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
