About the role
- Act as a Mid-level Business Analyst supporting the management of the B2B digital channel, structuring and standardizing processes, monitoring site operations and coordinating the areas involved.
- Evaluate profitability, pricing dynamics and the commercial impact of initiatives for the B2B digital channel, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Monitor and interpret the channel's commercial indicators, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the website's evolution by tracking enhancements, validating rules and ensuring adherence to the business model.
- Organize and maintain the channel's operational flows, including catalog governance, commercial terms and sales parameters.
- Assess commercial and operational impacts of channel requests, proposing adjustments to rules and flows when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability, proposing optimizations to the channel's processes and routines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering.
- Experience in process analysis and commercial metrics.
- Knowledge of digital tools and Excel.
- Previous experience with digital channels, preferably B2B.
- Familiarity with technology products (desktop computers, laptops, tablets).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or digital tools.
- Experience analyzing purchasing behavior in B2B environments.
