About the role

  • Support Customer Experience (CX) actions and strategies, ensuring consistent, personalized interactions that deliver high perceived value throughout the customer journey;
  • Work in an analytical and operational capacity, assisting the CX team in transforming data and feedback into tangible improvements in the customer experience;
  • Monitor the customer journey and provide operational support focused on continuous improvement;
  • Support the Customer Success team in executing action plans arising from customer feedback;
  • Communicate directly with customers, when necessary, to clarify questions, gather information, or follow up on satisfaction;
  • Contribute to CX projects and processes, supporting the development of initiatives that optimize experience and outcomes;
  • Prepare performance reports and insights based on feedback and usage data;
  • Support the strategy and monitoring of performance indicators (SLA, CSAT, among others).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power BI
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of project management and interest in agile methodologies.
