About the role
- Organize and plan security and guarding tasks
- Personnel management and development
- Conduct interviews and guide applicants through the hiring process
- Serve as primary contact for site security and the client
- Coordinate, control and maintain smooth operations and compliance within the contract
- Documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and performance standards
- Monitor and oversee training
Requirements
- IHK-certified Master (Meister) for Protection and Security or an equivalent qualification (required)
- Weapons proficiency in accordance with § 7 WaffG (desirable)
- Experience in personnel management as well as in organizing and planning guarding tasks
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Clean record (certificate of good conduct)
- Good MS Office skills
- Persuasive communication skills and a well-groomed, friendly appearance
- Driving licence class B
