About the role
- Proactively source and engage new business opportunities through outbound emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach strategies
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Clearly articulate our value proposition and staffing solutions to decision-makers
- Hand off qualified opportunities to internal leadership for closing (or close deals independently - bonus!)
- Track all activity, pipeline movement, and reporting in our CRM
- Continuously test/improve outreach messaging, cadence, and channels to optimize conversion
- Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and energy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of outbound sales experience , preferably in fast-paced startup environments
- Excellent English communication - both written and verbal - with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Demonstrated success generating pipeline and hitting/exceeding sales targets
- A self-starter mentality: scrappy, persistent, resourceful, and motivated by results
- Strong organization and CRM discipline
- BONUS: Experience with outbound selling tools like Clay and Instantly.ai
- Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
- Ability to work in a US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
