About the role
- Manage multiple TikTok Shop client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, nurturing the relationship, acting as a strategic advisor, and fostering growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive TikTok Shop growth strategies
- Negotiate project, partnership and/or campaign scopes, budgets & timelines, craft supporting SOWs
- Evaluate KPIs and drive data-informed strategic decisions
- Work cross-functionally with our affiliate experts to develop affiliate/creator strategies and identify the right partners
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates, ensuring seamless onboarding and high-quality content delivery
- Coach creators through video content to maximize sales conversion
- Consult on sampling & product mix strategies
- Work closely with design and content team to create optimize storefront & PDP designs + content
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies across social commerce ecosystem
- Experiment with new features and formats, pioneering approaches to build our brand partners presence in this rapidly evolving space
Requirements
- 3–5 client management experience, preferably in social media, influencer marketing, or a related area
- A natural leader, someone who takes initiative, who is extremely detail-oriented, and who thinks big picture
- Solid understanding of TikTok and the entire social (commerce) ecosystem
- Passionate about social trends, influencer culture, and creator communities
- Data-literate with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign performance
- Experience working directly with influencers or content creators is a plus
- Confident using tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate dashboards, and reporting tools.
