About the role

  • Manage multiple TikTok Shop client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, nurturing the relationship, acting as a strategic advisor, and fostering growth
  • Develop and execute comprehensive TikTok Shop growth strategies
  • Negotiate project, partnership and/or campaign scopes, budgets & timelines, craft supporting SOWs
  • Evaluate KPIs and drive data-informed strategic decisions
  • Work cross-functionally with our affiliate experts to develop affiliate/creator strategies and identify the right partners
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates, ensuring seamless onboarding and high-quality content delivery
  • Coach creators through video content to maximize sales conversion
  • Consult on sampling & product mix strategies
  • Work closely with design and content team to create optimize storefront & PDP designs + content
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies across social commerce ecosystem
  • Experiment with new features and formats, pioneering approaches to build our brand partners presence in this rapidly evolving space

Requirements

  • 3–5 client management experience, preferably in social media, influencer marketing, or a related area
  • A natural leader, someone who takes initiative, who is extremely detail-oriented, and who thinks big picture
  • Solid understanding of TikTok and the entire social (commerce) ecosystem
  • Passionate about social trends, influencer culture, and creator communities
  • Data-literate with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign performance
  • Experience working directly with influencers or content creators is a plus
  • Confident using tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate dashboards, and reporting tools.
