About the role

  • Administer core Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and others), including creation of objects, fields, flows, rules, page layouts, dashboards, and permissions.
  • Develop customizations using Apex, triggers, classes, Batch Apex, schedulable Apex, REST/SOAP, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems.
  • Participate in requirements gathering with the business and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure governance and health of the client's Salesforce org (security, performance, access controls, usage limits, versioning).
  • Support internal and client teams with training and workshops to disseminate knowledge about the platforms.
  • Perform testing, create technical documentation, and provide deployment support.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proven experience developing with Apex and working with the Salesforce data model.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and development best practices on the platform.
  • Knowledge of integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth authentication, and integration best practices.
  • Experience with automation: Flow, Validation Rules, Process Builder.
  • Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Git.
  • Understanding of platform architecture, limits, and recommended patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proactivity, organization, and autonomy to propose improvements.
  • Analytical ability and logical reasoning to solve problems efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work with different client segments and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A systems-oriented mindset and focus on delivering scalable, sustainable solutions.
