About the role
- Develop communications plan and collateral that aligns with the program’s strategic objective and ensure optimum outcome yearly objectives.
- Oversee all the internal and external communications for the programme with a goal of influencing the participants, coaches/mentors to fulfill program related event awareness and engagements.
- Maintain transparency and trust within the team and with chapter partners.
- Communicate effectively with upper management to secure buy-in and maintain transparency.
- Facilitate discussions to level-set expectations and achieve targeted outputs.
- Partner with the program leads and program manager for preparing and facilitating presentations.
Requirements
- Promotion Based 6-9 months in a chapter program team, or based on performance evaluations and peer feedback.
- Direct Hire 1-2 years of professional experience as a communications manager or other adjunct roles.
- Successful completion of interviews with peers, directors, and VPs
