About the role
- Support in building a modern, authentic, value-driven sales setup
- Sales operations & pipeline support
- Maintenance and development of our lead database (Airtable/HubSpot)
- Follow-up organization and scheduling
- Preparation of client documents and proposals
- Lead research & outreach
- Identification of suitable target customers (CXO, mid-market, industrial clients)
- Support in repurposing LinkedIn content
- Creation of small research snippets on cybersecurity/NIS2 topics
- Contributing to presentations, PDF assets & emails
- Assistance with the founder's day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Self-starter with a structured working style and reliability
- Enjoys communication (written & digital)
- Strong willingness to learn and excellent organizational skills
- Curiosity about topics such as IT security, compliance, leadership & mid-sized companies (Mittelstand)
- Experience in sales/business development or social selling (nice-to-have)
- Initial experience in a B2B or consulting environment (nice-to-have)
- Affinity for LinkedIn and content formats (nice-to-have)
