About the role
- Coordinates the deposition scheduling process around the globe for complex cases often involving Fortune 500 companies
- Establishes and maintains client relationships by demonstrating company expertise
- Responds to inquiries via telephone and email and monitors International Scheduling email folder
- Documents actions and takes care of all logistical arrangements
- Provides impeccable customer service from initial request for services through delivery
- Researches international laws and regulations regarding taking depositions and updates job knowledge
- Communicates client information to other departments (sales, production, billing, etc.)
- Prepares and presents retention agreements and rate sheets to clients
- Manages resource assignments and rearranges as necessary; occasionally arranges travel for resources
- Creates and maintains to-do tasks, follows up with clients, and answers phones
- Enters data into legal support software
- Assists Marketing with annual updates to the International Deposition Guide
- Completes credit card reconciliations and reports for job related expenses
- Updates internal manuals, templates and processes as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- College degree
- Several years of work experience, ideally in the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Flexibility and proactive attitude
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Willingness to consistently go above and beyond for clients, colleagues, and resources
- Ability & willingness to change work schedule from time to time (with notice)
