About the role
- Overall managerial and personnel responsibility for the made-to-measure production area
- Responsible for planning, controlling and optimizing all processes – from quotations and orders through to delivery
- Coordination of internal interfaces as well as external partners and suppliers
- Ensuring smooth handling of customer orders
- Responsible for accounts receivable management
- Process development and identification of optimization potential
- Monitoring product and service quality
- Supporting the development of new offerings and adjustments to the product portfolio
Requirements
- Solid training in a commercial or textile-related field
- Several years of professional experience in the fashion or textile industry, preferably in made-to-measure or bespoke manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience or experience in a role with high personal responsibility
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good MS Office skills, in particular Excel
- Business-fluent German (spoken and written); English required; strong French skills an advantage
