About the role
- Ensure the smooth operation of our webshop and omnichannel applications
- Support assortment maintenance, content management, promotions and process execution
- Coordinate between the online shop, customer service, stores and logistics
- Support and drive operational aspects of digital and e-commerce projects
- Independently take on smaller projects and subprojects
- Drive process optimization and quality assurance; test new features (UAT)
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training, or a degree in E‑Commerce, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Business, or a related field
- At least three years of professional experience in e-commerce, digital operations or project management
- Familiarity with shop and CMS systems, ERP and PIM integrations, agile project management methodologies, Jira and Confluence
- Excellent MS Office skills; experience with analytics tools is an advantage
- Organized, reliable, solution-oriented, able to keep an overview of complex processes, with an eye for detail
- Enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration
