About the role
- Create and execute strategic plans to drive and consolidate partners' performance growth.
- Prepare and present materials for partners' management meetings conducted remotely or in person (via video or PPT), leveraging technology to remain “close” to partners and their sales teams.
- Travel for field visits and various online meetings to perform diagnostics, planning, metric alignment, and methodology implementation.
- Safeguard the partner relationship and operate at levels of trust that extend beyond commercial matters.
- Collaborate with partner management to develop joint strategies.
- Prepare and send interim reports, rankings, projections, and other analyses.
- Analyze and diagnose account scenarios, interacting with various levels of partner management as well as the sales force.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CNH)
- Reside in Belo Horizonte (BH) or surrounding area
- Full availability to travel
