• Work directly with our clients to achieve their strategic goals and ensure lasting success.
• Facilitate and lead workshops and growth sessions to explain complex topics clearly and develop practical solutions.
• Optimize processes through targeted use of digital tools and AI solutions.
• Utilize and integrate AI tools such as GPT and no-code tools like Zapier and Airtable for automation and process optimization.
• Use tools such as Miro, Figma, HubSpot and ClickUp for efficient collaboration and a seamless client experience.
• Prepare detailed reports and action-oriented recommendations based on solid data analysis.
• Ensure all measures are implemented efficiently and with a customer-centric approach.
