Electrical Engineer

• Perform mechanical assembly and testing of machinery and devices requiring precision alignment and measurement, following 2D/3D assembly drawings and written procedures.
• Diagnose and repair issues with products returned from the field.
• Conduct basic controller setup and servo tuning, including powering up control boxes and motion systems.
• Manage vendor RMAs and diagnose dead-on-arrival (DOA) components.
• Support production activities as needed to help achieve department objectives.
• Mentor and guide other Technicians in assembly, troubleshooting, and product testing best practices.
• Accurately report failures and defects through established company quality processes.
• Collaborate with Advanced Manufacturing Engineering on fixture design, process improvements, corrective actions, and other initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Adhere to 5S and lean manufacturing principles within an ISO 9001-certified environment.
