About the role
- Act as a strategic People Business Partner for the CT/AMI Business within Precision Diagnosis
- Partner closely with senior leadership to develop and execute advanced People Strategies
- Work globally with leaders based in the United States, the Netherlands, China, India and Germany
- Design and implement People Strategies that align with business priorities
- Drive organizational transformation, cultural change, and people-related aspects of key business initiatives
- Mentor and develop earlier-career professionals in the People Function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 11 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 9 years with a Master’s degree in People Management, Organizational Transformation, or Change Management
- Proven experience in partnering with senior leaders in complex, multinational environments
- Strong strategic mindset, business acumen, and analytical capability
- Experience leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, and capability development initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management principles
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, or technology sectors.
