• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers at all levels in the buying organization and Philips team
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while addressing any concerns
• Develop and own strategies for customers within assigned territory to achieve business growth targets
• Ensure order processing, construction, and shipment schedules to equipment installation are orderly and timely
• Negotiate solutions and close deals by reaching agreements with mutual satisfaction to customers and Philips
• Maintain constant communication with Account Managers and Clinical Solutions Consultants throughout the deal process
