About the role
- Ensure that the LMS and related tools operate effectively
- Lead and execute validation processes for LMS updates
- Assess how system changes affect administrative workflows and interfaces
- Identify and implement features that enhance learner experience and business efficiency
- Work closely with IT, product owners, and stakeholders to plan enhancements
- Handle service requests and incidents (via ServiceNow)
- Stay updated on LMS trends, instructional design methods, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Compliance-Related Tool Administration
- Proficient in Cornerstone LMS administration with extensive hands-on experience and strong knowledge of LMS Administration processes - Mandatory
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Communicate effectively in professional-level English (speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with learners, managers, and business stakeholders.
