About the role

  • Ensure that the LMS and related tools operate effectively
  • Lead and execute validation processes for LMS updates
  • Assess how system changes affect administrative workflows and interfaces
  • Identify and implement features that enhance learner experience and business efficiency
  • Work closely with IT, product owners, and stakeholders to plan enhancements
  • Handle service requests and incidents (via ServiceNow)
  • Stay updated on LMS trends, instructional design methods, and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, Quality Management or minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Compliance-Related Tool Administration
  • Proficient in Cornerstone LMS administration with extensive hands-on experience and strong knowledge of LMS Administration processes - Mandatory
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Communicate effectively in professional-level English (speaking and writing)
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact professionally with learners, managers, and business stakeholders.
