About the role
- lead sales performance and sales growth over multiple territories
- develop annual sales plans, strategies, and tactics
- drive Philips Device System Sales in appropriate categories
- evaluate market/customer trends and adjust plans accordingly
- execute sales plan to meet objectives including budgeted revenue
- manage time in the field with sales employees
Requirements
- 7+ years’ sales experience, with at least 5 within the medical industry
- 2+ years’ previous supervisory or project leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- demonstrated track record of sales growth and new business development
- strategic thinker able to work with complex issues and build long-term strategies
- comfortable in constantly evolving environments
- ability to provide frank, direct, and timely feedback
