About the role

  • Lead the supply planning process for a large, stable business
  • Verify and approve mid-to-long-term supply planning schedules
  • Drive strategic initiatives and oversee the supply planning segment from request receipt to order confirmation
  • Optimize production schedules and prioritize orders through advanced planning systems
  • Lead supply planning team talent, engaging stakeholders to enhance operations
  • Ensure the integration of innovative practices into the operational framework
  • Develop production plans and accurately forecast supply needs
  • Manage resources effectively to support organizational objectives
  • Continuously review supply planning performance and plan for future enhancements
  • Utilize root cause analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential constraints

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in S&OP with a Master’s in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Business Administration or equivalent
  • demonstrated ability to lead a supply planner and Operational Materials Management (OMM) lead
  • deep understanding of the SOP process, ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office, End to End supply chain, demand and supply planning, and new product introductions.
  • able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
