About the role

  • Provide first-line technical support to clients

Requirements

  • 12-18 months experience in a technical support or service desk role

  • Awareness of fundamental networking concepts
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes

  • Basic knowledge of common security risks
  • Ability to follow and contribute to technical documentation
