About the role
- Lead and mentor geographically distributed software development teams fostering collaboration, agile best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the modernization and transformation of our software platforms, focusing on scalable architecture, cloud migration strategies, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Technical Sales, and directly with clients to ensure alignment with market needs, customer expectations, and strategic business objectives.
- Oversee strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality.
Requirements
- Significant experience in managing and proactively developing high-performing software development teams, emphasizing mentorship, professional growth, and talent retention.
- Proven track record in software development lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and continuous delivery processes.
- Strong experience with modern software architectures using the .Net ecosystem with an openness to embracing emerging technologies.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, sales engagements, and internal coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions.
