• Apply legal expertise to Perrigo’s Corporate Legal team
• Support the Deputy General Counsel in various Corporate legal issues
• Advise on SEC and securities regulation, financial reporting, governance, mergers and acquisitions
• Provide legal support on general corporate matters, including entity management and corporate compliance

Requirements

Qualified and licensed attorney; admission to practice law in a US jurisdiction preferred
Typically 5-8+ years of legal experience working with US publicly traded companies
Proven track record of supporting a public company
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing the industry
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Discretion and Integrity – ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ethics
Project management skills
