About the role

  • Developing market share for core services, securing existing customers and re-acquiring former customers.
  • Maintaining business reports and prospect lists in existing systems
  • Preparation of quotations
  • Active involvement in lead generation
  • Interface with service leadership and cross-functional teams as needed to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with: Inside sales team Management Service Sales Department Contract department Customer Service Product lines Support centers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or higher
  • Proven sales skills
  • Good knowledge of common IT tools (MS-Office, SAP and Service Max a Plus)
  • Fluent in Italian language, good English knowledges in oral and written forms are mandatory.
