About the role
- 1st and 2nd level support in client management (O365, M365, Azure AD).
- Administration and support of clients and user requests via telephone, email and chat.
- Use of a ticketing system and documentation of activities within the ticketing system.
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software components.
- Analysis and resolution of incidents.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or career changer (m/f/d) with relevant experience.
- Practical experience in IT support (first and second level).
- Enthusiasm for the Modern Workplace and technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure.
- Confident in using and documenting within ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills.
- Open and friendly demeanor.
