About the role
- You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of Pepperdata's marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including email, webinars, events, website, paid media, and more
- Lead the development and execution strategy by product and segment, including our inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy
- Work with Sales/SDR to align demand generation with sales efforts
- Optimize campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize leads, pipeline, revenue and lifetime value while minimizing cost of acquisition
- Collaborate and develop strong alignment with marketing and sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Demonstrated success in the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of demand generation best practices, and how to engage prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey with a keen test-and-learn mindset
- Excellent project management and communication skills; can independently drive multiple programs
- Account-based marketing (ABM) experience is a plus
