About the role
- Leading, coaching and developing members of the communications and shared services teams;
- Developing and executing the communication plan for internal and external stakeholders;
- Managing the external partner program to develop new relationships and ensure the appropriate execution of existing partnership agreements;
- Ensuring the effective and efficient execution of day to day operations through the team leader of the administrative team;
- Implementing communication plans and strategies to enhance employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment for team members;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- 3+ years experience in a leadership level communications role within the association management industry;
- 2+ years experience in leading a team of communication and administrative specialists;
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated experience in partnership management and relationship building;
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically;
- Proficiency in digital marketing and communication tools.
