About the role

  • You will lead strategic cross-functional projects for the company (e.g., margin analysis by customer, implementing a P&L by track)
  • You will contribute to the monthly financial reporting, developing analyses of key metrics for the Executive Committee and investors
  • You will contribute to the budgeting process within your scope, building and maintaining advanced forecasting models
  • As the team's technical point of contact, you will continuously optimize our month-end close and budgeting processes in a hypergrowth context
  • You will proactively propose and drive transformation and innovation within the team (AI, automation, standardization)
  • If necessary, you will manage the end-to-end implementation of an EPM

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in FP&A / Finance Operations, ideally in a Tech scale-up
  • Autonomous, organized and meticulous, with strong attention to detail while maintaining excellent synthesis skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication in French and English
  • Proven experience in financial project management and change management
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple aspects of a project simultaneously: resources, timelines and deliverables
  • Comfortable collaborating with a variety of stakeholders beyond the FP&A team
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with an EPM (FP&A reporting and forecasting software) is a plus
