• Produce polished proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, partnering with Chris.
• Design and refine case studies, bios, and boilerplate content for repeatable use.
• Manage the client’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) including content calendars, creation, scheduling, and analytics.
• Draft blog posts (AI-assisted workflows), award submissions, and press features to extend the client’s thought leadership.
• Coordinate the firm’s 3-2-1 monthly email and quarterly newsletter, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
• Support podcast workflows (scheduling, research briefs, coordination, editing support, promotion).
