About the role

  • End-to-end planning and execution of events (e.g., Publishing Day)
  • Design and execution of online and offline mailings
  • Support and ownership of online marketing activities (website, SEA)
  • Preparation and follow-up for meetings (webcasts, on-site meetings with prospective clients), including outbound activities
  • Management of customer and project data using a CRM system
  • Telephone follow-up and tracking of mailings
  • Content conception and graphic design of marketing touchpoints, particularly the website
  • Professional supervision of our marketing interns

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or a degree in business/economics with a focus on marketing, event management, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing or event management
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign
  • Business-fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling professional interactions with external contacts and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to tailor information to target audiences
  • Highly organized with an independent and structured way of working
  • Enjoys mentoring interns by providing insight into your work and supporting their first steps in the professional world
