• Oversee, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day compliance activities.
• Serve as the central point of accountability for the organizations Compliance Program.
• Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of the Compliance Program.
• Serve as the primary liaison for compliance matters.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure privacy and information security compliance.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs for staff, leadership, and business associates.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of compliance activities.
• Monitor changes in federal, state, and industry regulations.
• Support organizational strategic goals by aligning compliance initiatives.
• Supervise compliance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and patient safety across the organization.
