About the role
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations for pediatric patients with complex medical and developmental needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support gross motor development and functional mobility
- Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with PPEC and state regulations
- Educate and support families regarding therapeutic goals, home exercise programs, and mobility strategies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during care planning and progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical standards, and ethical practices
Requirements
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Prefer 1 year of pediatric experience (PPEC, early intervention, or medically fragile population experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Current CPR certification and ability to pass a Level II background screening
