About the role

  • Own the end-to-end technical relationship for an assigned portfolio of Partner accounts.
  • Provide technical consultation and integration services for payments, identity, and platform capabilities.
  • Remove technical friction, accelerate time-to-revenue, and position PayPal as the client’s trusted partner.
  • Leverage problem-solving and technical expertise to guide Integration Engineers during integration phases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance and computer science.
  • 5+ years of experience/exposure in Web and mobile technologies including Web Services, APIs, GraphQL, REST, HTML/HTTP, iOS, Android.
  • Multiple major programming languages: C++, Objective-C, C#, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, .NET, PHP, Python.
  • 5+ years of experience with Payments, especially with ecommerce systems, payment gateways, and payment processors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to interact and adapt communication styles with all levels of client organizations.
  • Ability to translate requirements into detailed design and solution documents.
  • Effective time management skills to work with multiple external customers concurrently.
  • Strong presentation skills.
