• Responsible for the inbound sales team: conducting, coaching & continuously improving sales processes (demo calls in e-commerce)

• Outbound Sales: build the process, enrich leads with AI tools, actively sell yourself → after a successful playbook, scale the team
• Pipeline management: track opportunities by channel, analyze conversion rates & maintain the playbook in Notion
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure customer satisfaction & drive product improvements
