About the role

  • Build and maintain a high-performance sales team by mentoring, motivating, and empowering individuals to exceed their goals.
  • Work alongside your team—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals—while guiding them to replicate success.
  • Drive consistent sales performance by fostering customer relationships built on trust, credibility, and value.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with regional and global objectives.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews, guide account planning, and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and growth.
  • Represent the company’s values and vision across the region, contributing to both revenue and team culture.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top talent across Malaysia.
  • Champion sales mastery by training and developing your team’s sales, product, and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales.
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role, managing high-performing teams in a SaaS environment.
  • A hunter mindset with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and deal conversion.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with the ability to inspire performance and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Working knowledge of social selling and conversational intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Culturally attuned, adaptable, and able to thrive in a diverse, remote team environment.
