About the role
- Lead the seller acquisition and activation strategy, achieving GMV, subscription, and retention targets.
- Build, manage, and convert a qualified pipeline of aviation sellers (OEMs, MROs, distributors, operators).
- Execute territory and vertical expansion plans, leveraging outbound prospecting, partnerships, and trade events.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and ROI-based business cases aligned to each seller’s revenue goals.
- Partner with marketing to launch targeted campaigns and seasonal inventory promotions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Support to streamline onboarding and seller satisfaction.
- Provide market intelligence to guide product enhancements, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Represent PartsStore at key industry conferences and trade events as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in aviation parts, logistics, or online marketplaces.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and GMV targets within a defined territory or vertical.
- Expertise in aviation parts sourcing, inventory management, and MRO supply chain dynamics.
- Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills.
- Experience with CRM, analytics, and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or OroCRM).
- Data-driven mindset; ability to translate insights into action.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for seller visits and trade events.
