About the role
- Partner across the business to gather, analyze, and prioritize growth projects
- Collaborate with leaders to design and launch key initiatives
- Conduct data analysis for actionable recommendations
- Build compelling presentations to communicate findings
- Ensure project alignment on goals, timelines, and requirements
- Facilitate large-scale workshops for idea synthesis and outputs
Requirements
- 8+ years leading strategic, customer-facing, or operational projects
- at least 2 years working at a top strategy consulting firm
- analytical strength to analyze complex data
- strong presentation and storytelling skills
- expert in Microsoft Office suite
- familiarity with modern project management and visualization tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
