About the role
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored IT service solutions
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, credibility, and value delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and opportunities are executed effectively
- Collect and analyze market and consumer data to identify buying trends and opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and account notes
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively
- Proactively resolve client issues and enhance processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Act as a client advocate ensuring a superior buyer experience; focus on new logo acquisition and winning opportunities
Requirements
- 8–15 years in IT Services sales
- Proven Hunter mindset with excellent communication skills and ability to create and deliver impactful business presentations
- Strong experience selling IT Services and Solutions including Data Management, Cloud Services, AI/ML, and GenAI
- Experience selling to clients in Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or Fintech domains
- Solid understanding of Digital Transformation initiatives and experience selling in the Data/Digital Transformation space
- 4–5 years as a pure Hunter with a track record of winning at least 4–5 new logos in the last 2 years
- Location: TX, NY, NJ, MA, or Atlanta, GA (Remote with Travel); willingness to travel
