About the role

  • Generate and follow up on leads through company-provided sources and self-generated efforts.
  • Knock on doors and engage with homeowners about their roofing, siding, and gutter needs.
  • Distribute flyers and promotional materials.
  • Collect customer information and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing, siding, or gutter solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client’s specific needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or roofing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
