About the role
- Generate and follow up on leads through company-provided sources and self-generated efforts.
- Knock on doors and engage with homeowners about their roofing, siding, and gutter needs.
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials.
- Collect customer information and schedule appointments.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing, siding, or gutter solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client’s specific needs and requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or roofing industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
