Community Manager

• Provide administrative support for Community Engagement staff, volunteers, and initiatives
• Partner to provide volunteer support during onboarding, training or role deactivation, granting access to email or other systems and resources, ordering supplies
• Implement best practices for your work within the department based on common requests
• Maintain a critical understanding of department workflows and efficiencies
• Coordinate and assist with departmental trainings and meetings
• Direct communication with volunteers, donors and community members via phone, text and email related to but not limited to recruitment messages, gratitude calls, team captain and fundraising campaigns
• Perform back-up Community Relationship Manager duties as required
• Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries as required
• Utilize Raiser’s Edge and/or Salesforce database to track constituent relationships and actions, create and maintain volunteer, affiliate and event records and regularly clean-up data
• Schedule, attend & participate in various team and department meetings
