Solutions Engineer

• Establish and manage Customer to Meter (C2M) technical architecture runway
• Lead C2M solution technical architecture, technology selection, and develop guiding principles and patterns
• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for Customer Billing systems
• Develop strategy, approach, patterns, guardrails for the data Solution, integration, and D&A
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop application architecture strategy and technology roadmap for Customer Billing systems
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Customer Billing infrastructure and C2M
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to evaluate, select, and implement C2M and non-C2M applications
• Develop integration strategies and oversee the implementation of middleware and integration with knowledge of other Integration tools like MuleSoft
