About the role
- Assist with development and metrics of the overall UP&I organization.
- Help teams maintain standards and refresh existing dashboards.
- Translate business requirements from teams who are not familiar with customer data into queries to give them exactly what they want.
- Develop and write code for pulling customer data.
- Respond to data requests from regulators.
- Responsible for invoicing activity associated with New Revenue Development’s business transactions for assigned product lines.
- Proactively monitor and manage key fee schedule milestones.
- Compile and analyze data and help identify trends as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related
- 4 years of work experience in job related field.
- Previous experience with Utility customers and familiarity with CC&B
- Experience and capability with Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Salesforce
