About the role
- Manages aspects of program implementation for Power Generation Asset Engineering (PGAE)
- Responsible for overseeing and improving Asset Management programs
- Developing, reviewing, and projecting budgets
- Using data-driven reporting to evaluate program progress
- Collaborating with Regulatory and Compliance teams
- Creating and implementing policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in business
- 8 years of related experience or equivalent
- Master’s degree preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Program Management
- Ability to influence leaders through data analysis and insights
- Ability to lead large and complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Excellent negotiation skills.
