Accountant

• Own the accounting and financial reporting for the corporate business unit, including journal entries, month-end close, reporting, analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage intercompany accounting across the platform to ensure accounts remain balanced and accurately reflected in consolidated financial reports.
• Oversee company-wide insurance policy applications, renewals, and annual insurance audits.
• Participate in the annual financial statement audit by preparing reconciliations and audit work papers for all operating companies.
• Support company-wide accounts payable processing and drive full utilization of the Ramp A/P automation platform.
• Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing internal control policies and procedures across the organization.
• Support accounting integration processes for newly acquired operating companies.
• Complete special projects as assigned by company leadership.
