About the role
- Build and scale Overjet’s marketing operations foundation, including systems, automation, and analytics.
- Own marketing tech stack strategy (HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution, intent, enrichment, and reporting tools).
- Partner with demand gen and sales ops to optimize lead flow, scoring, routing, and funnel conversion.
- Develop dashboards and insights to measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Drive process excellence - campaign planning, data hygiene, governance, and enablement.
- Manage and mentor a small but growing team across marketing operations and analytics.
- Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to align marketing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience scaling marketing ops through $40M–$100M+ revenue growth.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot (or Marketo), and multi-touch attribution tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Track record of partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, and exec teams.
- A bias for action and a builder’s mindset - you thrive in fast-moving, startup environments.
