About the role

  • Support the evolution of OutSystems' growth strategy by aligning marketing support for our partner program.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that support solution-oriented go-to-market strategies and new partnership models.
  • Own and manage the to-partner strategy and program development.
  • Manage and evolve the OutSystems Marketing Development Fund (MDF) program.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of demand generation enablement resources.
  • Collaborate with Partner, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • At least 5 years in a partner-focused role within the software industry
  • Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, including different partner types (e.g., ISVs, GSIs, VARs)
  • Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into effective marketing programs
  • Proven track record of managing MDF programs to drive ROI
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator, skilled at building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Data-driven leader comfortable defining and tracking key metrics to measure the success of your programs
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
