About the role
- Develop and implement communication strategies for international analysts, institutional investors and retail investors
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective institutional and retail investors
- Plan and organize the annual general meeting
- Organize and conduct investor conferences, roadshows and Capital Market Days
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in investor relations and corporate governance
- Contribute to the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports
- Maintain and further develop the IR section of the company website
Requirements
- Degree in economics, finance, business administration, communications or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of investor relations experience at a publicly listed company
- Solid knowledge of financial markets, company valuation and regulatory requirements for capital markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills and a confident presence with senior management and external stakeholders
- Analytical thinking, high level of personal responsibility and a structured working style
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel
