Partner with the field business to capture functional and non-functional requirements for development and deployment of the Salesforce platform in alignment with Tier 1 Field Service strategy
Lead JAR sessions with key business stakeholders and technical experts to collectively define and capture project requirements and business needs
Turn requirements into user stories working with Solution Architects and Product Owners
Provide input into backlog planning and grooming partnering with the Technical Product Owner
Support test case creation to support the QA team and ensure solution meets requirements
Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture the functional requirements
Elicit input from solution architects to groom the solution as a user story for development
Meet with Technical Architects and dev leads to provide clarity on the requirement
Work with PO to support backlog grooming and sprint planning
Conduct product iteration demos to elicit feedback on solution and capture change requests
Partner with QA team for test case creation and ensure alignment with business requirements
Organize and support UAT activities
Provide support for deployments with training content and sessions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field
Agile certifications in SaFE/Scrum preferred
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Quality Analyst or product owner
