About the role
- Author and execute UAT test cases for CRM and other global sales tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, DT, and project teams to understand UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Participate in testing activities that require coordination with regional systems and personnel
- Review business requirements and process flow to develop and validate test scenarios and scripts
- Communicate testing progress and issues to the UAT Lead and project teams
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure prompt resolution
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on system functionality and user experience
- Apply business testing best practices based on Agile methodology
- Contribute to the improvement of UAT processes, tools, and documentation
- Participate in end-to-end system testing of new CRM implementations prior to pilot launches and full rollouts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in software testing, agile project management, or CRM platforms are a plus
- 3+ years of experience participating in UAT for CRM or sales technology implementations in a global environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and related business applications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management platforms
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Otis Elevator products, services, and sales operations is preferred
